All our interactions are private and confidential, and the information I collect is handled with utmost confidentiality. To safeguard your confidentiality, all information collected is kept secure to prevent unauthorised access.

Exceptions to this would be if:

• a subpoena is received from a court of law.

• you express a plan or intent to harm yourself or someone else.

• you express that someone else intends to harm you.

• you disclose you have committed a crime.

• a child is at risk of harm.

There may be instances I need to talk through the progress of your counselling with my supervisor. When this happens, it will be done in a way that ensures your ongoing privacy and confidentiality. Therefore, no identifiable personal information will be disclosed in these instances.
